PRESS: Lisa Creed is an award-winning Durham artist who has been engaged in the fine arts since she was a child. She works in acrylics and graphite on a variety of surfaces ranging from canvas, to paper, to panel in a wide array of color pallets. Her painting "Down By the RR Tracks" is from a small group of paintings created after the September 11th attacks as a way to offer positive energy back to cities following those tragic and life-changing events.
